Starting at 7 a.m. Jhené Aiko Welcomes in the World to her Morning skin regime, activities, studio tour, and more.

On April 3rd, the ‘Jukai’ singer invited ELLE for a some companion time as she “Wakes Up” to a brand new, crispy clear morning. The seeming garden goddess songstress even brings out the Crystal Singing bowl in the key of C, playing her instrument, inducing a meditative state that brings one in tune with their root chakra right in the video.

She shares her thoughts on how she keeps a positive mind set and mindfulness though out her day while beginning her morning skin care routine, which she says starts from within. Yes, the inside of your body and what's put inside regulates the daily health of your skin as well, which she drinks 9.5 Alkaline water. This will help neutralize the acids that accumulate in the stomach and prevent diseases and cancer.

Her two cats she introduce while feeding them starting with Buddah which she describes as a relaxed and chilled cat, and Mijon she describes is ‘the model’ whom are both males. While feeding and playing with the cats she also introduces her beloved female cat named Grammy. Cats can be bring healing as a lot of people know through there purring which is something you know Ms. Aiko isn’t leaving out.

Following pet introductions, skin care routines etc., we also were able to learn some tea ingredients as she spruces up a nice hot cup of tea.

As you probably guessed Yogi is her favorite tea brand as she describes loving the “little sayings that they have on, ‘compassion will make you feel beautiful’” describing it as beautiful. This is probably something that aids her in sticking to teas more than coffee or anything with a lot of ‘caffeine’ in it. As she pours up, she dabs some “Menuka” honey which she says she can’t have her tea with out before walking us into her vocal studio.

In the studio she talks about how she puts healing instruments in her music to cast that very intention into her music to heal others, check it out in clasp below.

Toward the end of the video Jhené Aiko breaks out burning incents and her Tarot Cards in which she says she uses on her friends and herself. She describes it as monthly guidance and pulls out 5 different decks of Tarot Cards including a Tarot deck, a Goddess deck, an Animal deck, an Angel deck, and daily affirmations. She describes theTarot reading with ELLE as “intense” as she wraps up the visit by 9:00 a.m. to get started for the day.
