How Darran Winslow 'Private' Court Appointed Lawyer in Brooklyn Jail System is Corrupt and Bias

The first thing that you notice right off the back is that the information that's given regarding contacting your court appointed lawyer is partially outdated so you can’t even simply call once you get back to your cell-phone because the number doesn't work. You have to dig the internet to find his number & if the same applied to his email is only at your discretion.

After explaining how I was innocently attacked the night of the incident while emptying my trash bin, he was telling me that he could just smell & taste that I wasn't the character being described in the case, my mannerism, my story was very consistent everytime and I insisted on justice being served to the right party, the actual criminal. Mr. Darran Winslow told me that I could try to go to the police station but that currently I was the one being charged so it'd be up to me, which I did, and the precinct told me the other case was open so I had to wait.

During this time right after initially being released, understanding that I couldn't go back to my home, I was paying about $900 a week on a hotel room near my workplace downtown, Bk. This is where I kept into contact with Darran Winslow about once a week to update him with photos, videos, and text messages supporting my story on Kent Cook about the case.

It's also where I learned simpler terms as to how this was looking for me on my end & how I can defeat it the best way without it going onto my record, which was to just plea guilty suggests Darran Winslow. Every single attempt through the next months I refused with every fiber and angst in my body because I truly am a victim, was attacked, and left to defend myself even after I tried to install $3, 000 cameras on the property which I have receipts but was shut down by the criminals on the property and the landlord Yuriy Rubinov of 1055 Wilmohr, LLC and the camera owner of the installation & installer who came out, can vouch for that & I also have the text messages.

Darran Winslow told me that I could go back home, "see what happens" & that as long as I see Kent Cook (the criminal) to turn the other way & more significantly that the authorities aren't authorized by the state to come into my studio renovated back shed to the landlord's house. After getting arrested a second time, I immediately confronted Darran Winslow about telling me to go back home, he shockingly, and dissapointingly denied ever saying saying it, when I told him I recorded all of our calls he shook up and said well he didn't "remeber" telling me that & could he please hear the recording.

After almost 2 months being back home the criminals called the police on me after trying to argue with me while I tried to put my key in my door which I secretly recorded. Darran Winslow said the complaint was that I was looking through their window which is literally below ground, so to no surprise more blatant lies told to the police.

The testimony that the police had, according to Darran Winslow, was body cam footage & audio of Kent Cook's story which ended up with false charges on my court documents that I still want justice for, because through the process of court charges continued to drop off because they were lies and had to be sworn true if we went through with my course of action, trial.

Now after all the refusing to just plea guilty that Darran Winslow thought I should do so much & alerting to get ready for trial, then comes a court contemplation to dismiss the Assault & Weapons case and conceal, after six-months of no trouble (which I have no record anyway because I stay out of trouble).

When calling Darran Winslow to obtain my court documents or find out what's the process or paperwork needed to be completed and after failing to deter me from thinking that I even needed them he gave me the answers I was looking for concluding with telling me he doesn't get paid once he's off my case.
