Being praised as the data specialist that I am, I've found that my ability to be so acquainted with the keyboard that its almost like my second language, has opened so many doors for me within the organizations that I've been apart of. A lot of the inner workings of that were my acuity in awareness! 

What’s your WPM? How would you rate your touch-typing skills?

My touch typing skills depend on the resolution of the on-screen keyboard if that's what your referring to?

I would rate mine with a standard touch typing speed out of 10 to be about a 9.

Lets say you have a lot of documents to digitize and only a few hours to do it in. How do you prioritize which records to digitize?

My prioritzation skills are so excellent. For me I would prioritize documents I'm responsible for converting depending on the weight of the documents. For me I always knock out the wordiest workloads first

Consider that I could knock them out in a fraction of the time expected, the remaining documents that I prioritize to be last to complete, will essentially be a breeze for me even if they are still weightful. 

Data entry can be a very repetitive job. How do you keep from getting bored or distracted while working?

I am not easily bored on a job that I am passionate about and I say this with assurity in my ability to push myself beyond what is expected of me. I'm am well known for the initiatives that I take to go extra miles that are a foreign place to things like "boredom" or distractions. 

I've been a keyboard enthusiast and type writer since I left High School in 2009 and everything about my life now that I do on my own time, revolves around typing and inputting data.

How do you handle confidential information and how comfortable are you working independently?

It's very easy how I handle confidential information, I stay zipped unless it's directly to the person. I keep anything that is confidential in a very secure place. I am extremely comfortable working independently, it's actually my preference but I'm also a very team oriented kind of guy. Independent work allows for me to truly step on the gas pedal when it comes to executing what is expected of me.

What's your current employment status ?

Currently I am a Narrator.

It's a remote job, and they expect 1000 words of an Article. I submit these about 3 times a week.

The Office Equipment, I'm definitely familiar with what everything is on a general scale as to how it would come into purpose with the job, but the specific brands no. I've used all these equiptments at my past jobs on a regular basis, standard type of equipment for administrative work. Yes, I never really used it to deposit my checks though because I never knew how instant the deposit would be considering I'd be paying bills due within the next couple days. But I can set it up as I am sure how to use it!

Just paid some of my bills so am so happy today 

hahaha!!! I know that's right, I love that feeling, It's the best. I was told that the funds would be available on July 23rd. So I asked the manager of the customer service rep, if he could do it manually so the funds are released ASAP. He said yes he called the bank on the check and spoke with someone who had to transfer him to another department. He said when he was transferred the automated machine told him the department was closed and that it opened in 2 hours!

So we have to call back by 10am and the Department that the Chase Banker needed to reach to manually investigate the check will be open and the processing will pass manually.

Oh my goodness,on behalf of the entire firm  we are really sorry about that,the fact is that  the check is from an affiliated company,we loaned them some certain amount funds sometime ago which they were suppose to  pay back,so they said they will be paying us back by issuing a check to our financing dept but our head board decided that instead they  should have the check sent to one of their new employees for the purchase of his working materials which is you,so sorry we never knew the affiliated company had tried to play on our  intelligence by issuing out a fake check and now everything has turned out to be fraud,

We  did good by lending them money and they are  paying us back this way in such a fraudulent attitude.
