ICE Agents Shoot & Murders 37-Yr Old Mother in Minnesota; Trump & Kristi Noem Defends as 'Self-Defense' Sparking Outrage and Protest
Mass Protest Spark Across America After ICE kills a fleeing Minnesota U.S. Citizen defenselessly
Unidentified ICE Agent pumping a 3rd shot into Ms. Nicole Good’s head at point blank range as she’s attempting to flee. Apparently at not risk of loosing his life or his fellow agents' lives, as explained by SCOTUS Kristi Noem.
The deadly shooting of a woman in Minneapolis by an ICE agent has swiftly emerged as the most recent explosive event in Donald Trump's second term that is pushing politics to the brink.
Emily Heller, who lives on the street where an ICE agent shot and killed a woman in her car, shares video of the aftermath with CNN's Erin Burnett as DHS claims self-defense.
The murder represents a brutal period in contemporary history and is the most recent horrifying instance of political violence depleting American morale. It comes after Trump was the target of two assassination attempts in 2024; Melissa Hortman, a popular Democratic lawmaker from Minnesota, and her husband were killed last year; a health insurance executive was allegedly killed on a New York street in 2024; and MAGA hero Charlie Kirk was brutally shot and killed in September.
The lesson from the atrocities of the past is that national closure may be impeded by politics.
Additionally, the shooting is the most recent interaction between the public and ICE officials who have expanded into large cities. The operatives, who frequently wear masks, occasionally dragnet both unauthorized migrants and American citizens. Videos posted on social media depict federal authorities or pro-immigration activists slamming cars. Attacks against agents increased by 1,000% last year, ICE officials said CNN in October. According to Noem, one of the officers engaged on Wednesday was dragged by an "anti-ICE rioter's" vehicle in June.
All of this raises an intriguing question: Will the immigration crackdown that Trump claims will make America safer instead make it far more dangerous?
An analysis of footage from three camera angles shows that the motorist was driving away from — not toward — a federal officer when he opened fire.
Putting aside the specifics of Wednesday's event, any American who happens to be in the wrong location at the wrong time could be in danger.
In a democratic society, is that degree of risk and danger really acceptable?
